Work

The thinking behind
the work that lasts.

A logo is the end of the process, not the beginning. Every project here started with a question — who is this business, really? — and built everything else from the answer. This is what that looks like in practice.

Brand Strategy & Identity

Treun Technologies

IT Security — Financial Institutions

Delivered

  • Company name
  • Brand positioning strategy
  • Visual identity & logo
  • Color palette
  • Identity still in active use today

An IT security firm built to serve financial institutions — banks and credit unions that needed a technology partner they could trust with sensitive infrastructure and client data.

A seasoned professional with years of established relationships in the industry was building his own firm. The trust was already there — people knew him, respected him, and wanted to work with him. What the business needed was a brand that reflected the credibility he had already earned and communicated authority to the clients he hadn't yet met.

Instead of starting with a logo, the work started with a question: what does a bank client need to feel the moment they encounter this company? The answer — strong, sturdy, trustworthy — drove everything else. The name came from Treun, the Gaelic word for strong and sturdy. The entire identity was built backward from that single insight.

"The brand wasn't built to look like a tech company. It was built to feel like something a bank would trust. That distinction is everything."

A complete brand identity rooted in what the client needed to feel — not what the founder wanted to say. Treun Technologies has operated under this identity since launch. The name, the positioning, and the visual direction remain in active use today.

"When I launched my company in July 2020, I already had demand lined up from architects and contractors — but I had no name, no brand, and no identity. I needed to move fast. That's where Matt at Toviyah came in. Within a remarkably short time, Matt delivered multiple strong name options, developed a complete visual identity including our logo and color palette, and gave Treun Technologies a polished, professional brand that vendors and clients could trust immediately. Because of Matt at Toviyah, Treun Technologies didn't just get off the ground — we launched with confidence, credibility, and momentum."

Brand Repositioning

Dei Amor

Luxury Natural Candles

Delivered

  • Brand diagnosis & strategy
  • Full repositioning
  • Company name
  • Pricing & market positioning

A natural candle company making premium-quality products by hand — carefully sourced ingredients, intentional scents, genuine craft behind every candle.

The product was luxury. The brand wasn't. The business was presenting and pricing itself like a generic candle company — which meant the quality of the work was invisible to the people most likely to pay for it. The founder didn't know she had a brand problem. She thought she had a sales problem.

The diagnosis came before any design decisions. Once the real problem was identified — a positioning and pricing gap, not a product gap — the work focused on repositioning the entire brand upmarket to reflect what was actually being made. The name Dei Amor, meaning God's Love in Italian and Latin, was chosen to carry both the care behind the product and a deeper meaning for those who asked.

"She was selling a luxury product at generic prices because the brand didn't tell the right story. Fixing the brand fixed the business."

A complete brand repositioning that aligned the identity with the quality of the product. New name, new market position, new pricing strategy — all built around what the product actually was, not what the original branding suggested it might be.

More work coming.
